Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and statistical tools
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations for operational improvements
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement validation protocols
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and present findings to stakeholders through clear documentation
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and programming (Python/R)
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
