Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity for night operations.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis on overnight sales and operational data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and report findings.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting actionable insights.
- Maintain data models and documentation to support long-term data strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
