Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Generate weekly performance reports for stakeholders across departments
- Monitor data quality and implement data cleansing procedures
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain database integrity
- Present findings to non-technical audiences in clear, actionable formats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts
- Experience working with large datasets and database systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
