Responsibilities
- Analyze nightly operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Generate and maintain automated reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality
- Support real-time monitoring of KPIs and dashboard updates for overnight stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast operational performance and resource allocation
- Document data processes and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries
- Present findings to leadership through concise executive summaries and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or 24/7 environment preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for overnight reporting
