Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Visualize Insights: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of weekend performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Governance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all data inputs and reporting outputs.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Shift Requirements: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with standard business hours.
