As a member of our analytics division, you will own the data integrity for our 24/7 reporting systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive business growth through data-driven storytelling. Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources into actionable formats.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational anomalies.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive nightly and weekly reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to recommend process improvements based on data insights.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor data governance policies to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a tech or financial services environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PST).
