Responsibilities

- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time monitoring

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and summaries
- Support night-shift operational decisions with timely data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication skills for remote stakeholder interactions
