Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover business insights
- Create and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time monitoring
- Support night-time operations by delivering ad-hoc reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track operational efficiency
- Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality across multiple sources
- Present findings to leadership through concise visualizations and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft DA-100) preferred
