Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Create automated reporting dashboards for real-time operational decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods to ensure data integrity
- Develop predictive models to optimize overnight logistics and inventory management
- Document analytical processes and maintain data governance standards
- Present findings to stakeholders during morning briefings
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data anomalies during shift hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or 24/7 operations exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team handovers
