Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques
- Create and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with night operations teams to provide real-time data support during critical business hours
- Develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes and recommend data-driven solutions
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or flexible hours preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and hypothesis testing
