Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data workflows and improve efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with ETL processes and database management (SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
