Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated dashboards and reports for executive leadership and operational teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop predictive models to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or remote work background

- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
