Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Create automated dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Support real-time monitoring of client KPIs during night shift hours
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliverables
- Implement data quality checks and validation protocols
- Document processes and maintain data dictionaries
- Present findings to leadership teams through concise visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI a plus
