Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical tools
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable insights
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings to non-technical audiences
