Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across enterprise systems
- Implement security measures to protect network integrity
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access
- Collaborate with IT team on network optimization projects
- Participate in vendor-supplied training and certification programs
Qualifications
