Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management on network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for all critical systems.
- Assist in physical cabling, rack and stack, and infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware and connectivity issues.
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate technical logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong desire to learn and obtain industry certifications (CompTIA Network+ preferred but not required).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (including server rooms).
