Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks and security systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using advanced troubleshooting tools
- Implement network security protocols to prevent unauthorized access
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Monitor network performance and optimize for maximum efficiency

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds or PRTG
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
