Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and optimize security protocols
- Resolve network outages and escalate critical issues

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of network administration experience

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
