Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across multi-site environments
- Implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and create detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy cloud-based network solutions
- Perform regular network audits and recommend performance improvements
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or technical support
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, or Arista network equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
