Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve outages within SLAs
- Implement security protocols including VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion detection
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid network solutions
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for VoIP systems and video conferencing
- Perform network capacity planning and optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Experience with Cisco ASA/Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional site visits
