Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network topology and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture deployments
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise clients via ServiceNow
- Conduct network audits and optimize bandwidth utilization
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA or equivalent industry certification required
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA and Fortinet security appliances
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment installations
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
