Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network traffic and performance to ensure high availability and optimal speed.
- Perform routine network audits, security patching, and hardware upgrades.
- Provide technical support and documentation for network issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into the existing network.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry security standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network administration and technical support.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Experience with VPN configurations and network security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
