Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues, including remote troubleshooting.
- Perform regular network audits, security updates, and hardware maintenance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
- Monitor network traffic and performance to ensure optimal uptime.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
