Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot network performance issues, connectivity failures, and hardware malfunctions efficiently.
- Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Perform regular network audits and upgrades to ensure optimal system performance and security compliance.
- Provide remote technical support and documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design scalable network solutions for future growth.
Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network topology.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and virtual network environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances.
