Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)
- Deploy and configure VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions
- Lead incident response for network outages with SLA-driven resolution protocols
- Document network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with security teams to implement firewall policies and threat mitigation
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex routing/switching issues
- Optimize network performance using Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Nagios
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Proficiency with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure networking services)
- Experience with network virtualization (VM NSX, Cisco ACI)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA Security+ preferred
