Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA timelines
- Document network configurations and update technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network upgrades and migrations
- Implement VPN solutions and remote access protocols
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or support
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills using network monitoring tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
