Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular network audits to ensure security compliance and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues and hardware failures.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade and expand network capabilities.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of network services for all users.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Valid Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Proven experience with Cisco and Juniper networking equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment as well as collaboratively in a team.
