Responsibilities
- Network Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Cabling & Infrastructure: Perform cable management, terminate fiber and copper cabling, and manage server racks.
- Security: Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Support: Provide technical support and documentation for internal systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on network administration experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
