Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network outages and performance issues
- Monitor network security and implement vulnerability remediation protocols
- Document network topology, changes, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cloud services (AWS/Azure) for hybrid network solutions
- Support VoIP systems and video conferencing infrastructure
- Conduct network capacity planning and optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco routers/switches and Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
