Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VPN solutions and multi-site network architectures
- Resolve Tier 3 network outages within SLA requirements
- Document network topology and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid cloud integration
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Strong understanding of AWS/Azure networking services
- Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site visits
