Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers/switches and firewalls
- Diagnose network issues using provided diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Implement VPN solutions and network security protocols
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network optimization projects
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for network infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Oregon driver's license for site visits
