Responsibilities
- Network Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to ensure network stability, uptime, and security compliance.
- Technical Support: Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support to internal employees, resolving connectivity and hardware issues.
- Cabling & Physical Infrastructure: Perform structured cabling, cable management, and rack-and-stack operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams, inventory logs, and change management records.
- Training & Development: Actively participate in daily technical workshops and study sessions to prepare for industry certifications.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and TCP/IP protocols.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Availability: Must be available for a 6-month paid training commitment.
- Driver's License: Valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation.
