Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and access controls
- Document network changes and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Support VoIP systems and wireless network optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ certification a plus)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications during training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
