Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Document network architecture changes and maintain accurate infrastructure diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex connectivity issues
- Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise-level network outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA or equivalent industry certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices
- Experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
