Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Perform regular network audits to ensure security and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and hardware failures efficiently.
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement network upgrades and expansions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network topology and configurations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in network administration or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Experience with cabling standards (Cat6, Fiber) and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
