Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems.
- Monitor network performance, analyze traffic data, and implement optimization strategies.
- Perform routine maintenance on servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff and clients.
- Ensure network security protocols are up to date and compliance standards are met.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incidents accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and subnetting.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostic software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
