Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Perform regular network monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure high availability.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and hardware failures efficiently.
- Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams and configuration logs.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners for hardware procurement and implementation.
- Enforce IT security protocols and conduct regular audits to prevent data breaches.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a strong plus.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in network administration or technical support.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
