Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark tools
- Troubleshoot VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues across 500+ endpoints
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including VLAN segmentation and firewall rules
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations
- Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela preferred)
- Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid Florida driver's license for site visits
