Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement VLAN segmentation and firewall policies (FortiOS)
- Troubleshoot complex network outages using Wireshark and ping tests
- Document network topology and create maintenance schedules
- Provide Tier 3 support for VoIP and VPN systems
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects with Azure networking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS protocols
- Hands-on experience with Meraki dashboard and Fortinet devices
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN and hybrid cloud architectures
- Ability to lift 40lbs for hardware installations
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
