Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to network hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and hardware failures efficiently.
- Manage and document network configurations, IP addressing, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new network infrastructure projects.
- Ensure network security measures are up to date and compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Certification such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA is a plus.
- Proven experience with routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network cabling standards (Cat6, fiber optics) and hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
