Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and implement security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Perform regular system audits and upgrades to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve escalated technical issues and incidents.
- Document network configurations and changes in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network administration or a related field.
- Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance (if applicable).
