Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and troubleshoot outages within SLA
- Implement security protocols including firewall management and VPN configurations
- Document network changes using Visio and maintain up-to-date topology diagrams
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize on-premise and AWS/Azure infrastructure
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues and disaster recovery scenarios
Qualifications
- CCNP or equivalent industry certification (required)
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN implementation
- Proficiency in Python/Ansible for automation scripting
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Palo Alto/Cisco Viptela)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Wireshark and packet analysis
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
