Responsibilities
- Network Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure for diverse clients.
- System Upgrades: Perform hardware and software upgrades on routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues and security breaches efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network topology, configurations, and change logs.
- Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network access and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in network administration or IT support.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Hardware Proficiency: Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise networking equipment.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to varying schedules and work independently.
