Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance microservices using Python/Go
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Own system reliability and performance monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Drive innovation in cloud-native architecture on AWS/GCP
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Expertise in Python, Go, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade microservices
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, New Relic)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
