Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless network hardware and software.
- Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor network traffic and security to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets and on-site service requests promptly.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports accurately.
- Cable and terminate fiber and copper infrastructure as required.
Qualifications
- Certified CompTIA Network+ or equivalent IT experience.
- Experience with Cisco routing and switching (CCNA preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes and deadlines.
