Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA targets
- Document network changes and configurations in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network architecture
- Implement network security protocols (VPN, IDS/IPS)
- Support endpoint connectivity and device management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of network administration experience (CCNA/JNCIA preferred)
- Expertise in Cisco/Juniper routing and switching technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) concepts
- Experience with network monitoring and automation tools
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
