Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network hardware and cabling.
- Monitor network performance and analyze data to optimize system efficiency.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system backups and security updates.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new network infrastructure projects.
- Document all network configurations and changes accurately.
Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
