- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA requirements
- Document network topology and configuration changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud integration projects
- Implement network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or 3+ years equivalent experience
- CompTIA Network+ and Cisco CCNA certifications required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN technologies
- Experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
