Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Cisco Prime tools
- Resolve Tier 2/3 network outages within SLA requirements
- Document network topology, changes, and security protocols
- Implement cybersecurity measures including VLAN segmentation and VPN access
- Collaborate with cloud teams for hybrid cloud integration
- Train end-users on network best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network automation using Python or Ansible
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network analyzers
- Ability to work independently during flexible hours
