Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues with 99.9% SLA adherence
- Implement security protocols (VPNs, ACLs, intrusion prevention)
- Document network changes and create technical SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Provide after-hours on-call support (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper hardware and VMware virtualization
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Flexibility to work between 8 AM - 6 PM (core hours 10 AM - 3 PM)
